- Work with Services group to ensure successful delivery of solutions to Customer.
- Provide the Implementation team with all necessary documentations for any new project.
- Provides technical solutions to existing corporate customer on internet and WAN, Managed services, IP VPN and Web hosting solutions.
-Respond to some Customer inquiries and requests concerning Bandwidth usage/upgrade/downgrade, additional services, certain equipments and providing solution.
- Co-ordinate between customers and the Field Operations team concerning Internet issues, relocation, equipment retrieval, and new/replacement of equipment requests, making sure it is done according to priority.
- Invoicing clients for resolution of internal issues, equipment replacement, new equipments, additional IP requests, relocation and other additional services.
